DMCA Takedown Procedure

If you believe content referenced by Desiflicks infringes your copyright, send a notice to dmca@desiflicks.com.

A valid DMCA notice must include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material with URL on desiflicks.com
• Your contact information: full name, address, telephone, email
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is unauthorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Your physical or electronic signature

We will review and process valid notices within 7 business days. Repeated infringers will be flagged for priority removal.

False claims: Material misrepresentation in a DMCA notice may result in liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Please consult an attorney before filing.

18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

All performers appearing in adult content referenced by this service were 18 years of age or older at the time of production.

Records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and related regulations are maintained by the original content producers and primary content custodians, not by Desiflicks.

Desiflicks operates as a content curation platform: we do not host, produce, edit, or store video content. Video files are hosted on Telegram infrastructure independently of our service. Accordingly, we are not subject to the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257(a) as a Tertiary Producer.

For § 2257 records relating to a specific work, please contact the original producer. If you cannot identify the original producer, send an inquiry to dmca@desiflicks.com.

Other Content Concerns

For non-copyright content concerns (illegal content, CSAM, non-consensual material, defamation), contact abuse@desiflicks.com. Such reports are processed with highest priority (within 24 hours).

We have zero tolerance for CSAM (child sexual abuse material). Any such content is reported to NCMEC (the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) and relevant authorities, with the corresponding Telegram channels and accounts blocked.
