1. Information We Collect

When you use Desiflicks, we may collect:

• Telegram identifier — your Telegram user ID, username, first name, and language code (provided automatically by Telegram WebApp SDK when you open the Mini App)
• Viewing history — which movies you tap "Watch Now" on, with timestamp
• Device & browser metadata — user agent, IP address (logged by Cloudflare for security and abuse prevention), screen resolution
• Local storage — age verification timestamp (30-day TTL), session preferences

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

• Provide the Service (deliver videos via Telegram bot, render personalized lists)
• Prevent abuse, fraud, and excessive usage
• Improve content recommendations and search relevance
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests

3. Cookies & Local Storage

We do not use traditional HTTP cookies for tracking. We use browser localStorage only for: (a) age verification confirmation (30-day expiry); (b) UI preferences if any.

We do not deploy third-party advertising trackers or analytics fingerprinting.

4. Third Parties

Telegram — video files and bot interactions occur on Telegram infrastructure under Telegram's own Privacy Policy.

Cloudflare — our edge CDN and Workers runtime; standard server logs (IP, request path, timestamp) are processed under Cloudflare's data processing agreement.

5. Data Retention

Viewing history and user records are retained as long as your account is active. We may aggregate and anonymize data for analytics purposes indefinitely.

Audit logs and abuse detection records are retained for up to 24 months.

6. Your Rights (GDPR / India DPDP Act)

If you are a resident of the EU, UK, or India, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to access (request a copy of your data)
• Right to rectification (correct inaccurate data)
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
• Right to data portability
• Right to object to processing

7. Children

This Service is strictly intended for adults 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it immediately.

8. International Data Transfers

Cloudflare and Telegram process data globally. By using the Service, you consent to your data being processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates take effect on posting; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
