Video delivery from Telegram CDN to your device occurs through Telegram's infrastructure independently of our service.

We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or legality of content hosted on third-party services.

5. DMCA / Copyright Procedure

Desiflicks respects intellectual property rights. If you believe any content referenced by our service infringes your copyright, please send a notice to dmca@desiflicks.com with the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material (URL on desiflicks.com)
• Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use is unauthorized
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act
• Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will remove the offending metadata reference within 7 business days. Repeated infringers will have their content deletion priority elevated.

6. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

Records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and related regulations are maintained by the original content producers. 7. Service Availability & Termination

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Desiflicks and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
